It's your first (and sometimes only) chance to make an impression, especially if the casting director hasn't met you.
Looks Like You
The headshot must accurately represent you as you are today, not heavily edited, outdated, or overly glamorous.
Well-Lit & Natural
Good lighting (often natural light) is essential; it should clearly show your features without looking artificial.
Avoid Over-Stylization
No extreme makeup, fashion photography vibes, or dramatic posing. Keep it honest and professional.
Variety Without Repetition
